PKR789 Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of pkr789.onl and any associated mobile applications ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated under the pkr789 brand. By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Platform. pkr789 reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

pkr789 provides access to sports betting markets, a live casino, slot games, fish shooting games and other gaming products. Access to these products is subject to these Terms and any product-specific rules that may apply.

To use the full features of pkr789, you must register a player account. Registration is free and open to individuals aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that:

pkr789 processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposit via JazzCash account
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposit via Easypaisa account
• Raast — direct bank-to-platform transfer via the Raast interbank system
• Bank Transfer — direct deposit from a Pakistani bank account
• Debit/Credit Cards — where supported by the issuing bank

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed clearly during the deposit process. Deposits are credited to your pkr789 balance once payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. This is typically instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions.

pkr789 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. These are outside pkr789's control and are not reimbursed by the platform.

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever possible. pkr789 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. The name on your withdrawal destination must match the name on your pkr789 account.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Raast and bank transfer: 1–3 business days
• VIP Silver and above: same-day processing in most cases
• VIP Diamond: priority settlement, typically within 1 hour

Withdrawals may be subject to review before processing. pkr789 reserves the right to request supporting documentation during this review. Withdrawals will not be processed if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.

pkr789 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. These include but are not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers and VIP programme rewards.

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented or claimed. These specific terms take precedence over general bonus guidance in these Terms. Key principles that apply to all bonus offers include:

• Bonus credits expire if not used within the period stated on the offer. Expired bonuses are forfeited.

All sports bets placed on pkr789 are subject to the specific rules for that sport and market type. General betting rules that apply across all sports include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pkr789 does not cancel or amend bets at a player's request after confirmation, except where the platform has made a clear and demonstrable pricing error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or cancelled before a result is reached, markets will be settled according to the applicable sport rules. For cricket, a minimum number of overs must be completed for match winner markets to stand — this is stated per market.
• Obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors") do not constitute valid bets. If odds were clearly entered incorrectly and this is demonstrable, pkr789 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per sport and per day. These are displayed on the relevant betting interface.
• Bets placed using bonus credits are subject to the same rules as bets placed with real money unless specifically stated otherwise in the bonus offer terms.

Games available on pkr789 — including live casino tables, slot titles and fish shooting games — are provided by third-party game providers. Each game operates according to its own embedded rules, which are accessible within the game itself.

In the event of a game malfunction — including software errors, disconnections or any situation where the outcome cannot be fairly determined — the affected game round is void and stakes are returned to the player's balance. pkr789 cannot be held responsible for losses attributable to technical faults in game provider software once a fair investigation has been completed.

Players are expected to use games in good faith. Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through technical means, exploit software bugs, or collude with other players in multiplayer environments will result in immediate account action.

pkr789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time where there is reason to believe:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• Multiple accounts are associated with the same person.
• The account belongs to a person under 18 years of age.
• The account has been used in connection with organised bonus abuse or betting fraud.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds or promotional credits in the account balance at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real money deposits not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned through the original deposit method following investigation.

You may close your pkr789 account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding balance will be returned after verification. Self-exclusion requests are handled separately — see Section 9 below.
